editor on Homemade Rice Cereal - Introducing your baby to rice cereal made at home

It is a great idea to make your baby's food at home as much as possible, here is an alternative to buying store rice cereal...

Rice is easily digested and has low allergen aspects, so it is commonly recommended as the first food you introduce to your baby.

cook 1 - 3 cups of brown/white rice
mix in appropriate amount of breast milk/water/formula

pour cooked rice and breast milk/water/formula into blender and blend/puree to the constituency for your baby. Younger babies require this to be quite mashed up while for slightly older babies this can be made to have some form to it.

Easy to prepare
