    Some ways to help children pray?

    Encourage children to start with simple sentence prayers like, “I thank God for. . .” or “I pray for. . .” More complex prayers will come.
    Pray in front of your children, so they can learn by your example. Pray together as a family

    Beyond praying for children, they should also learn how to pray for themselves and build confidence in these prayers. i remember having nightmares alot as a child, and i prayed that God should make them stop- they did!
