      Hi Christy,

Shea butter mixed with lemon extract is a great natural skin toner. No side effects. A friend makes a medium sized jar for N3,000.

Hello christy it is advisable to see a doctor who can better advise on the treatment plan for fibroids. Depending on the nature, symptoms and size there can be several different types of treatment options. Sometimes some women actually are able to manage their fibroids through life while others need to have it removed…so it really does depend on specific cases.

Hello christy. Am sorry about your friends with Fibroid. There are mainly two options that am aware of. One is drugs but the fibroid always finds a way to grow back. The other one is surgery which is a bit scary and could be risky but if done well ( The fibroid is usually gone). Think it’s best they refer to a doctor who can explain better their options and risks in detail. And you know the fibroid growth is different for everyone.

Well back when i was in Abuja, My friend tried the herbal medicine but the downside was it grew back. That’s why i said surgery seems like the only solution that completes gets rid of the fibroid ( That i know of).
My sisters friend just went through the surgery Abroad and now she’s pregnant……
I know surgery can really be scary……
