Places to Hangout with the Family this Weekend

Hey mums! Where will you be hanging out with your family this weekend? Here’s our list you might want to choose from.

Walk4Kids 2017

Safekids Initiative in partnership with several organizations is organizing a “Walk for Kids” which is a fundraiser for the Schools Safe Project (SSP) involving several events to help children stay safe.

The World Health Organization has reported that every 5minutes a child loses their vision, and this vision loss can lead to injury and probably death while playing.

Our aim with the “Walk for Kids” initiative is to give every child an opportunity to have an eye examination and glasses to help them learn and play safely.

In the past three years of this program, we have provided free eye examinations, glasses and treatment to hundreds of children from various orphanages and would like to extend this to children in all schools of the Federation with your support.

A minimum donation of ₦2500 or $10 from you today will help a child see clearly and play safely, and for every 20 children, you support,  a teacher, gets a pair of glasses also for free.

We will be glad to know how many children you will be assisting and would love to have you endorse this great event. For endorsement kindly send your 60 seconds’ video clip or short write up and logos (for corporate organizations).

Details of the event are as follows:

Route:  Eyemasters opposite Delta Afrik to TPH (The dome) and back represents one lap
