Eko Fitness Park Day
Eko Fitness Festival presents the July 15th park day; a day full of health and fitness inspired activities. The day kicks off with a diverse team of fitness trainers on site to facilitate short bursts of aerobics, spinning, capoeira and high-intensity activities. There will also be yogis teaching us how to stretch and breathe.
In the afternoon there will be family friendly activities for both young and old, some complimentary prizes will be given out.
That’s not all, in the evening, thanks to the Official DJs and Media partners, there’s an incredible show planned. There will be a picnic with food, drinks, games. Silent Disco and an outdoor movie screening.

‘RnR’ as it is fondly called is a vision that was borne out of a passion for the art of Spoken Word poetry and youths.
This year, they will be bringing to you for the first time in Nigeria, a Spoken Word and Rap Musical Featuring Ezekiel Azonwu, Daboomsha, Ami (Provabs), Gamie and many more.
