Now do not underestimate this meal. The good thing about this recipe, especially for those that love beef, is that you get to eat lots of it. We decided to pair this sauce with rice but you can also enjoy with pasta.
So What do You Need?
430 g shredded beef
4 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn flour
2 onions (small)
1 green pepper
2 yellow pepper
3 bulbs garlic
2 pcs stock cubes
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 pinches garlic powder
3 tbsp cooking red wine
1 cup boiled rice
- Wash the shredded beef. Spice with stock cubes, garlic and salt. Put in a ziploc bag and marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes
- Mix the soy sauce, wine and black pepper. Slice the onions and garlic. Slice peppers and onions in a particular pattern (thin long slices). Set aside.
- Pour oil in a sauce pan, heat for 2 minutes or until hot. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add in the peppers and onions. Stir fry for about 4 minutes
- Serve with boiled rice.
