Let’s Walk to Raise Awareness for Cervical Cancer

Don’t Just Talk The Talk in 2020, Walk The Talk! Join us for a walk and an aerobics session to raise awareness on cervical Cancer. January is globally recognized as the month for cervical cancer awareness.

On the 18th of January, 2020, Lakeshore Cancer Center will be hosting a charity walk in partnership with ECHOLAB and EMAC Foundation, around Victoria Island to raise awareness on Cervical Cancer, we will be handing out fliers/pamphlets with information about cervical cancer screening, age guidelines for screening, the HPV virus and vaccination. After the walk, there will be a short session of aerobics to encourage fitness and wellness.

Come in your exercise and active gear, and GET READY TO MOVE FOR A WORTHY Cause! ECHOLAB will be offering FREE BIOMETRICS (BLOOD PRESSURE, WEIGHT, WAIST CIRCUMFERENCE) on ground.

Kindly wear a touch of teal (color in above event flier) in honor of cervical cancer awareness.


Lagos City Cycling Grand Prix 2.0

“LAGOS CITY CYCLING GRAND PRIX” (LCCGP) will be a catalyst for development of cycling as a sporting event and an alternative means of transportation in Nigeria using Lagos State as a focal point, as well as stimulate growth and development of the economy and tourism.

This project will also stimulate the interest of the general populace towards non-motorized transport as an option for urban transportation as is found in some more advanced cities.
