Our LagosMums Mums Day Out And Spa Retreat held on Saturday, 30th of June. The event which held at the @orikigroup Spa in Victoria Island was an avenue for mums to kick-back, relax, network and have fun. The mums who attended were treated to a spa experience in a relaxing environment.

Mums also had time to hangout and share their motherhood experiences. When you hang out with other women and mothers you realise that we all face the same challenges in different sizes and packages.  Mums need to take time for themselves.
Find a support system and people you can really talk to.
Get rid of fear! Do not ignore the need to pursue your own dreams and goals. A good spa trip is a fantastic way for me time. You’re welcome to join us next year!
