5) There are so many domestic staff scary stories how can one avoid or protect oneself and family?

The word protect is a variant of many definition which all tends to the same direction: safeguard, screen, guide, shield, security, welfare, well being. All this tends to one thing we all need for our home to have a stable lifestyle

One definition of a mother is biological, a woman who gives birth. Another is one of daily activity, a woman who has the responsibility of physical and emotional care for her children or a child.

Children are the primary responsibility of every parent. They are the reason we work hard to create a safe environment for growth and education, luxury living etc..

However, it is unlikely, in our current environment to be physically present at all times with our children.

Thus, “Help” is required. That is why we go to great lengths to investigate schools that our children attend; we personally vet their friends and those they associate with.

However, this close scrutiny is strangely absent with those we entrust our most valuable asset with in our homes. There is no shortage of horror stories to show that we as parents are not doing enough in this area. The most recent kidnapping, assault of babies before that and many more, which are possibly going on right now, serve as a constant reminder of our failure to ensure the well being of our children. The stealing of our vehicles by drivers with no clue of finding them and the likes.

It is not enough to throw our hands in the air and state that there is no guaranteed safe method of sourcing help. Nannies, Drivers, Housekeepers, Care companion for our elderly ones, just to name some of the most common, all come into contact with our home, family and children.

It is vital to properly investigate and regulate everyone around our children, as the world is brutally unforgiving to those who rely on blind luck. Hence our motivation to recruit the right fit, investigate and research each person’s history and tendencies. Ensure proper remuneration and motivation alongside a system that continuously monitors and regulates them.

In the same fashion you do not call a random person off the street, who might be a boxer, to help you get rid of a troublesome tooth. Most of us put a price tag on the safety of our home, children and other assets, getting helps from unreliable source to avoid proper payment, some of us go as far as employing underage children, untraceable unlearned staffs, when we can employ someone who is learned and has taken this as a profession to be of great service and relief to us, would it not be wise and stress free to get this service from accredited agencies who guarantee you safety?

Hence, get professional help to tend to your children, home and other asset from accredited agencies whose responsibility are to go through the hassle is advisable. On the long run, the best hands we need are safe hands.
