In this recipe we will be showing you how to make Quinoa that is not only delicious but also has extreme health benefits.
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Of Quinoa
- Carrots
- Cabbage
- Spring Onions
- Green Peas
- Onions
- Bell Pepper
- Salt
- Chicken Stock
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Little oil
Method
Wash and clean all your vegetables and then chop it into little cube sizes

Blend your Garlic and Ginger

Put your pot on the fire, add a little oil and allow the oil to heat up a little.

Add your Ginger and Garlic and the onions to the heated oil and allow it to cook for about 5 seconds. Now add all the other vegetables and allow to cook for 2-3mins.
Wash your quinoa with warm water and put it into the pot containing the fried vegetables. Add curry powder and dried thyme and stir all the condiments together.

Add the chicken stock, salt and a small amount of water. Stir everything together. Cover the pot and put the fire on low heat. Cook for about 10minutes.
