Recipe- How To Make Bacon Wrapped Mini Sausages

Everything is better with bacon! Here is another finger food for that little shindig you have planned this weekend. Switch things up a bit and deviate from the usual samosa, spring rolls and puff puff. Be that host that tries something different.


20 pcs cocktail sausages

250 grams streaky bacon

3 tbsps brown sugar


Set your oven to broil and preheat to 350°F.

Cut the streaky bacon in half, length wise. Wrap each sausage with one bacon streak and

sprinkle over some brown sugar. Place in a foil lined baking sheet making sure to tuck the bacon ends underneath. Bake for about 30 minutes or until bacon is golden brown.

Place on paper towel to drain out excess oil.
