My name is Mrs. Bisi Layiwola. I am the principal of Global International College
What is the name of the School and when was it founded?Â
Global International College was founded in 1999. The school was founded by Mrs. Abolaji Osime and is managed by seasoned educational administrators.
Where is the school located?
The school is located at Plot 12, Blk 26, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1 , Lagos
Ratio of kids to teachers?
1-10 in the sixth form
Number of children in the school and the capacity?
100 in the  sixth form. We also have a sixth form in Abuja
What age range are your students? And classes?
We have 15-18 year olds in the Sixth form
What is the curriculum/teaching methodology?
Sixth form curriculum offers British/ American/ Canadian
Extra-curricular activities available? School Hours and any after school services offered
Clubs- Moots, Einstein and Young Entrepreneurs; Excursions; Community Service; Life Skills Development
What is the admission process? deadline? Is it rolling?
Parents pick up application forms; candidates sit entrance examination in November, January or February for admission the following September . We also have a January Start date
Tuition? Is there a payment plan for parents?
Parents can pay per annum or per term. We also have an arrangement with some selected banks our parents can contact in case they have challenges with the payment for payment plans.
How do you assess students’ progress?
We do continuous assessment ,using tests, assignments, projects, presentations etc
Discipline methods?
We apply sanctions to correct undesirable behavior and reward appropriate behaviour
