Plus not every family can make that decision and so they find themselves in an unending struggle to be able to show up for work, their children, their spouse, their friends, and still find time for themselves. So we met up with our mum of the month, Kemi Osinibi to discuss raising five kids, managing multiple jobs and still finding time to help other mums have a successful work-life balance.
