Recipe of the Week – How to make French fries Healthy Version

Hello mums! We are super excited about this recipe – french fries because it is the perfect snack for munching this summer…And they are delicious! Don’t you agree? Try this at home.


3 Potatoes

1 cup of Sugar

2 tsp of Salt

Oil for frying


Peel your potatoes using a sharp knife or french fries cutter.

Cut your potatoes into rectangular strips (fries)

Place them in a bowl of cold water and let them sit for 5 minutes

Add your sugar to a pot of water and bring the water to a boil

Place the potatoes in the boiled water and let it cook for 4 mins

Afterward, remove them from the boiled water and place them on paper towels to dry

Preheat oil to 375 degrees

Fry your potatoes for 4 minutes or until they are golden brown

Place on paper towels and sprinkle with salt
