This week is world breastfeeding week. As a means of creating more awareness and bridging the gap in breastfeeding knowledge @themilkbooster_ is hosting their annual breastfeeding week event in Lagos. Attendance is FREE. Everyone is invited, not only breastfeeding mother’s.

~They start off with Breastfeeding walk which leads to venue
~Breastfeeding doctor will be dishing out evidence based knowledge on breastfeeding. .
~Picky eater specialist will be breaking down child nutrition, introducing solids to your baby and healthy eating by toddlers.
~Assessing mental health during postpartum .
~Panel sessions with experienced mum’s .
~Unveiling the latest project by Dr Chinny (You can’t miss this)
~The Big Latch On (This is when we simultaneously latch our babies and nurse)
~Dance competition .
~Breastfeeding games
~Everyone goes home with a gift bag containing lots of goodies .
~Raffle draw of all attendants for the GRAND PRIZE.

Sao and the muse 3

This is third edition of Sao And The Muse 3 art showcase and a rare and interactive experience with abundance of young, vibrant artists or in this case “muses” that have come together to express art in its many forms. From live art, to musical performances, to film, photography and sound – Sao Café will be transformed into an artists playground.
