Bigger and better than ever, Nick Fest will welcome thousands of kids and families to The Balmoral Convention Center, Federal Palace Hotel in Lagos on 18th and 19th November for an amazing weekend of music and family fun, packed with entertainment, activities, events and experiences for all ages.
Thrilling kids and parents alike, Nick Fest brings families together thanks to its unique combination of live music from Nigerian A-listers; Yemi Alade, Davido, Simi and Mr Eazi, character shows, and appearances by Nickelodeon superstars SpongeBob SquarePants,Dora and Friends, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Chase, Marshall, Rubble and Skye from Paw Patrol and Shimmer and Shine. Movie To Watch This Weekend
A Hotel Called Memory

After winning the audience award for best experimental film at the Black Star Film Festival in Philadelphia, A Hotel Called Memory is set to premiere in Lagos, Nigeria on the 19th of this November 2017.
Directed by Akin Omotoso, Produced by Ego Boyo and written by Branwen Okpako, A Hotel Called Memory is a fresh take on African cinema, steadily blazing the trail to redefining film making in the industry.
The film features Nigerian and South African favorities Nse Ikpe-Etim, Kemi ‘Lala’ Akindoju, Mmabatho Montsho, Nomzamo Mbatha and Abdi Hussein.
Set and shot on location in three African cities Cape Town, Lagos and Zanzibar, the Film follows Lola – played by Nse Ikpe-Etim – who is recently separated from her husband in Lagos and decides to go on a journey of self-rediscovery in Zanzibar and Cape Town, hoping to forget the past and move on with her life.
